OSEIC is a government-established initiative providing early intervention services for children up to six years of age with developmental delays and autism. Founded in 2020, we are committed to delivering accessible, quality therapy and support to families across Sarawak. With centres in Kuching and Dalat, and expansion plans underway, OSEIC strives to empower every child to achieve their developmental potential and thrive in their learning journey.
